The Mermaid Sea Villa is an old house with a modern look, located in the heart of Ičići greenery. It offers two apartments on the second floor, each 60m2 in size.
Apartment I faces the sea with its three balconies; one room faces north.
Apartment II faces the sea with one balcony; two rooms face north.
The apartments are furnished with beautiful antique furniture, from which you can sometimes hear small creaking sounds, but don’t be afraid - those are just harmless little wood worms having a snack ;)
